We are all more than just the worst things that have ever happened in our lives.
Meet Lawrence, in his own words.
I was convicted of crimes but I am not a criminal.
I am in prison, but I am not a prisoner.
I am a farmer. And my dream is to teach others how to build and maintain regenerative community food systems.
I am an artist. And I create art that preserves the history of my people and my culture – art that empowers liberation, art that reconnects me to Nature and the Creator.
I am a leader. And I aim to serve those who are on the path of healing, well-being and betterment.
I’m not perfect, I’ve made mistakes. But every day I strive to achieve my full potential and serve the greater good of humanity and the world around us all.
“I was convicted of crimes, but I am not a criminal.
I am in prison, but I am not a prisoner.”

See the world through my eyes

Courage
Honesty with the world is an act of humility. Honesty with yourself – that demands a different kind of courage..

Love
Healing can’t be done from a place of anger or pride. It must be done from a place of love and giving grace.

Strength
Growth happens even in the most harsh circumstances. To bloom in adversity takes true strength.
